ORMAPLUS PUTTY
Polyvinil siloxane based, addition curing, elastomeric precision preliminary impression material.
Ormaplus Putty is available in two versions:
Putty Fast providing a fast intraoral setting
time (4') which is pleasant for patients.
Putty Soft providing reduced final hardness (60 Shore-A) indicated for problematic clinical situations (patients with periodontally compromised residual dentition).
Ormaplus Putty is designed to provide the
highest precision in details reproduction
and a perfect chemical bonding to light-bodied
impression materials.
Ormaplus Putty can be kneaded smoothly and
it can be easily removed from patient's mouth
thanks to its elastic properties.
Ormaplus Putty formulation guarantees high
tear resistance and compressive strength combined
with an excellent elastic recovery. |

ORMAPLUS
LV
Polyvinyl siloxane based, low viscosity, addition
curing material, for second precision impression.
Ormaplus LV is available in in two verions:
Fast set (indicated for the "two step
putty/wash technique") providing a reduced
introral setting time (2'45") for a better
comfort of the patients.
Regular set (indicated for the "one
step putty/wash technique") providing a standard
intraoral setting time (4'00").
Ormaplus LV formulation, the hydrophilicity
of the product is more marked and leads to
the realization of very detailed impressions
even in presence of oral fluids.
Thanks to the high tear-resistance of Ormaplus
LV, the interdental septae reproductions are
not ripped while removing the impression from
the mouth or while casting the model.

MAJOR
TOTAL SOFT
Permanently soft,
polyvinyl siloxane liner for direct
and indirect use.
Biocompatible, antibacterial, anallergic
material. It doesn't release monomer
and heat.
Intended use:
· Direct liner
· Therapeutical medium
· Stabilizing medium
·Temporary material
· Indirect liner
· Repairing material
Main Features:
· Major Total Soft has fluid
consistency, it is easy to apply and
it prevents air voids being entrapped
during the dispensing of the material.
Thank to its high resilience and final
softness, Major Total Soft is well tolerated
by patients.
The silicone soft liner is a hydrophobic
material and, combined with its relevant
sealer (Silicone Sealant), it avoids
liquids absorption and protects the
prosthesis from infiltrations.
Major Total Soft is monomer free.
Major Total Soft is biologically inactive.
The adhesive (MTS Adhesive) bonds the
silicone soft liner to the denture acrylic
reliably.
Major Total Soft is smooth and dimensionally
stable.
Major Total Soft resists to the tensions
exerted by masticatory loads.
The silicone surface has no porosity
and inhibits bacterial settling.
Major Total Soft can be used directly
by the dentist or it can be processed
in a laboratory using standard reliners.
The material is fully odourless and
it doesn't lose colour.
Major Total Soft is supplied in a pale rose
colour suitable for every aesthetical need.
